The Monroe Arts Council is fortunate to have a number of member organization from within our community. The Monroe Concert Band, Sky Performing Arts theater group, and Split Second Improv are member organizations under the M.A.C. “umbrella”. Free Concerts

The Monroe Concert Band presents several free concerts each year. These talented local musicians always put on a great show!

Theater

Sky Performing Arts brings your favorite shows to the stage right here in Monroe. Auditions are open to the public!

Socrates Café

For individuals interested in discussing literature and philosophy. Every third Saturday at the Monroe Library.

Movies Under the Moon

The M.A.C. teams up with Monroe Parks & Rec  to present the “Movies under the Moon” summer series at Lake Tye.  

Split Second Improv

Live Comedy at the WPAC

Split Second Improv will have you in stitches at their monthly live comedy improv performances at the WPAC.
